just FYI I am in Indy but looked on Craigs List Raleigh for a used Volvo once seem in May on Turbobricks. Didn't find it but did see about 10 240's, half wagons, seemingly in mediocre but inexpensive condition, but apparently rust free. I've heard of such things, but I have also heard of Bigfoot - doesn't mean they exist. Anyway...wish I had time and a trailer. I'm guessing a university - high tech area attracts Volvo's.

Plenty of rust free Bricks down here in NC... But most i come across are ragged out or have been beaten to death and patched up at a chop shop. But there are plenty around in the local part yards to build one.

Got any particular parts yards you might recommend? I've been thinking about making a visit to find a rear deck for my '93 but haven't gotten up off the couch yet to find a yard...

Delco---I was at the Pull-a-Part in Winston-Salem a few weeks ago--they had a '91 245 there with a straight hatch. -- Dave
