16V swap 700 1988

I am putting a 16V engine in my 1988 745. Can i use the existing LH2.2 fuel system?

    There would be lots of info on this on TB. It's a rare swap over here.
    What spark timing system is on the motor/dist? Coolant sensor, injector resistance, all come into play.
