batery draining 900 1994

I am going thru the troubleshooting for slow battery discharge and I have found that fuses 1,2,3,5 and 26 are all showing a draw when I check each one, which seems normal for some, like hazards, power seats, clock, but why would fuse 1, fuel pump/engine control have a draw?

    disregard, i was checking volts not amps and then when I figured out the correct way to set the multimeter I checked again, had a draw and in the process of troubleshotting, the problem went away. I had a draw on the #26 audio fuse and after messing around with some stuff went to recheck and the there was no evidence of the problem.
