93 Volvo 240 wagon stalls while driving 1993

My 93 240 wagon has had problems with the rain and not starting in the past. We have changed the plugs and the wires a few times and this has always solved the problem, leaving the car running well for months. The past week has been really damp and my 240 has had a few troubled days starting, but has come through. Earlier today I had my oil changed and was planning on changing the plugs and wires, only to find my car completely stall out while driving. After stopping the car I went to restart it, it will turn over, but never start. Having the plugs in my car at the time I replaced them, and the car started up right away. Later this same day I started the car (started right up) drove about 3 miles, and again it stalls out. Any suggestions? any advice would be great

In order of likelihood:

Fuel Pump Relay
Ignition Power Stage
Crank Position Sensor

This is all assuming you have done a fuse service recently and you do not have a problem with "companion" fuses on the battery post (only some '93's even have them). Art B has a nice solution the fuse 6 issue the cars without the battery cable fuses seem to have.
