Recently put new windlace around the doors and a new headliner in my 65 544.

The tab on the windlace is covered everywhere except from the headliner to the floor at the rear of the door opening. What is supposed tocover this exposed tab?

IIRC, it is tucked behind the rubber coated sill plate.

That's at the very end of the windlace almost at floor level. I'm wondering what covers the tab of the windlace that is stapled to the tack strip from that point all the way up to the headliner.

There is supposed to be a narrow upholstered panel to cover that area.
