I went to make a turn this morning in my '85 245 using my turnsignal and it did a fast flash like I had a bulb out. Turning the other way, same thing. I tried the flashers and everything was perfect as if there were no issues at all. I reseated all the bulbs and had the exact same issue. The only thing I've done was install a new set of horns yesterday, but I used the exact same connectors from the old to new horns. No diving into the harness. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Had a similar occurrence on the 92 945T. Cleaning corrosion off one of the front turn signal bulbs solved the problem.

Check for degraded wire insulation grounding to metal in front of car.
