Used Parts Found! 444-544 1962

I am helping clear out an accumulation of old parts, and found a box of 12 or so ignition coils, with the armored cable. Is there any way to test one, with or without a battery, to make certain it works?

Also: found several instrument clusters, some of which appear to be for a 122. Except for the chrome faceplate, is there any difference between the instrument pack for a 122 and a 544?

Many thanks!

Al

You can check the coils with an Ohms meter. A little confusing because the positive post is on the ing. switch. So check it with the key in the on position.
I might be interested in them. Are they NOS or do they look stock?

I meant to say are they NOS or do they look used?

Sorry for delay. All are used; some have a three-hole mounting flange which I assume means 6V, because my B18 with 12 Volt has a two-hole flange and it matches the part number given in the Bosch list in the parts catalog.

I'd buy a few of the 3 holes just to have em' around.
How many do you have? How much do you want for them?

I could use one of your 6v coils. Do you have a price..

I am helping Steven Bellaratta in this matter--suggest you contact him at sdratta@icloud.com for details.
