    This is the first I hear about Lucid. Bruce was always spot on with any information and helped me out on several occasions. May he rest in peace.

    I didn't know Bruce personally but we corresponded from time to time.

    Several years ago he sent me a package of various fuel pump fittings from which I was able to repair the 242.

    He was an excellent diagnostician and a proponent of the rope method.

    I am sorry to hear of his demise.

    thanks trevor and thank you, bruce, for your love of volvos. i read your posts with fervent interest and applied your solutions to my volvos. i will greatly miss your insight and contributions. you added value to everyone here on bb.
