A company in Germany,by the name of Bastuck has almost everything for the old Volvo's (British cars too) . I haven't purchased anything personally, but they have very nice catalogs for each make of car. Prices are in Euros so you'll need to convert to USD. Try looking at www.bastuck.com

Clear, part number 657268. I've just ordered it from VP Autoparts along with the rubber seal (part 673228) and the molding set (part number 657435-36)

You may not have to limit your search to the PV544. Check out a recent Wheeler dealers episode where they were able to find a glass company in SoCal that was able to match the curvature of the glass from a Chevy Silverado to be installed on a SAAB.

The original glass is placed on the Silverado windsheild then traced. The glass technician then cuts the glass to match. Clever solution for vintage cars.

I bought a tinted one from VP auto parts. I've heard that you might still be able to order from the dealer.
