Fuel Pressure Tester 200 1988

1988 244DL normally aspirated about 300k miles. In the event that I have symptoms of high or low fuel pressure, I wanted to learn how to test fuel pressure.

Would this Harbor Freight pressure tester work. I suppose I would take the metal tee inserted between the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel hose?

    the factory tool has an adapter that's a tee. remove the fuel supply hose from the rail and install the tee. it has a banjo fitting that gets pinched between the rail and tool. the banjo is where the tool hose goes. can't find a picture.
