B30 flywheel identification

I need to be able to identify a B30 flywheel for an M400 retrofit in a 164. I understand they are all eight bolt, but have read they are not the same as a B20 eight bolt flywheel. If B30 and B20 eight bolt flywheels are not the same, how can I tell them apart?

Flywheels were usually 6 bolt up to my 73, only after 74 with the "metric" engines there were 8 bolts.

Volvo made 6 and 8 bolt B30 flywheels and flexplates.

B30 flywheels are larger than the B18/B20 flywheels.

How are they larger? Greater diameter, or thicker and heavier?
