Many of them Shockwave (.swf) files on VolvoTips are such low fidelity. The site content owner (or maybe Volvo Cars AB) migrated / converted the scan or print to PDF to .swf files.
ShockWave and Flash as online web media delivery types are now unused for the ongoing security issues.
If you can find the TP number in the Volvotips .swf file , a quick search on the i-net (use both Bing and Google) for Volvo and TP and number may lead you to a scan or print to PDF file hosted elsewhere.
I've been looking for some manner of complete Volvo TP number catalogue for years. I find partial TP number listings at website supporting an abbreviated Volvo model range.
After the k-jet.org shuttering as that site owner received cease and desist orders from Volvo Cars, sort of been a suffering thing for us. Would have been swell had the site owner cloned the file directory and sent it away for use by other. No website hosting I can find now has such a range as k-jet.org contained. The Volvo Wiring Diagrams site content, contained as the (at least we have them) Volvo Wiring Diagrams site, is replicated elsewhere.

The OZ Technical Archive contains many PDF and image filse not found on the former K-Jet.org site. Yet does not contain the comprehensive content featuring the range of service manuals for a model range and model year on K-Jet.
I like the site as the site owner is a 164 fan and this page contains all model year Volvo 164 service manuals in English. And other bits.

The various Volvo (Model Name) Pictures sites also help with maybe very late PV to Amazon and 100 series models sort of. Find the Borg Warner BW35 and D-Jet service manuals and more. (Not so useful for 240, 700, 900).

VolvoTips and Shockwave / Flash files
Should you use Adobe Shockwave / Flash Player, ensure your web browser is the current version and your anti malware / virus definitions are current.
I use uBlock Origin (by Raymond Hill) for Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome and ensure it is enabled when using Volvo Tips to avoid the ads.
I disable uBlock Origin for brickboard and other useful sites supported by i-net adverts.
When using VolvoTips, if a shockwave (.swf) file contains info I need, I open the page (press Ctrl+U in most web broswers), find the .swf file URL, select and copy, and in a non-flash enabled browser, paste the URL into a new browser tab or window. The browser will then download the .swf file.
There exist media players that can play flash. Or enable the Flash / Shockwave flash file on the web browser and drag the .swf file to a new browser tab or window.
Or merely use a Adobe Shockwave / Flash enabled operating system for your browser Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome use different extension types (we can call then OS-level drivers) the browser loads when you play .swf file.
Ensure the Adobe Flash / Shockwave player is the current version or is set to auto-update.
However, Adobe installers can install extra items you do not need like antivirus and other add-ons. So when traversing the Adobe website software installer pages on the Adobe website, UNCHECK the extra add-ons like anti virus / malware scan or web browser tool bars from Yahoo or goodness knows.
