I can use my facebook account, yet a$$-dump facebook prevents me from posting links to the brickboard.com domain starting again in the last two weeks.
A 1993 with Auto? Your 240 will be much coveted as free.
Free is free. Do you mean you want someone to care for your free 240 Wagon and at least mechanically restore it? I'd expect, as I read, a free 240 wagon is one that will be destroyed somehow. Maybe you'll find a buyer that will invest in engine control to pass OR-state or WA-state emissions or wherever they they take formerly your 240 wagon you give to them freely.
This SARS-CoV-2 is much more infectious yet got out from the same origination (mainland China) and conditions (Bill Clinton's) globalism (is good for you) as the SARS-CoV-1 in 2002-2004. Yet that was contained.
Wear a mask (not all masks are the same), remain distanced, and upwind, of the suitor seeking to take your free 240 wagon. Limit one visit perhaps every two days. The SARS-CoV-2 viron is sealed in a lipid (fat) exterior. The viron will inactivate in 12-36 hours for the next suitor to take it away.
Comprehensive images and a listing of issues, including what it will take to pass emissions and make it safe to drive, in a craigslist post or a facebook post, can help to better inform interested individuals.

There may be other vintage Volvo shops willing to relieve you of your free 240 Wagon. If it rolls, let a Volvo specialty shop like R & R Auto LLC have at it. R & R Auto LLC is well intentioned and does best for the customer.
When I got to Portland OR in 1989 everywhere was a RWD Volvo. I was most fancied by the numerous 164 / 140s and older there. Sort of like Marin County in CA in 1987. Yet the acquaintances I made in the Bay Area had me repairing their Volkswagens and other makes to pass CA-smog. Working on another's auto while instructing them on what the problem was, the system theory, and why the repair.
Helped with stand up instructional delivery at university. I used to stammer and stutter badly.
Questions?
