Overhauled my washer motors on my wagon today, a matter of disassembly and cleaning. Thankfully, those pumps are well built and only need cleaning. The reservoir is a different story. Some of them are fine after 20 years, others crumble in your hands...like mine. . Does anyone know of a replacement, or has anyone found the right size plastic bottle to use in its place?
I am about to Rube Goldberg mine. It will look good next to my under the hood heater valve made from 1/2" copper and a ball valve.

So, yours crumbled? Mine also, but on one car only. I thought perhaps I made a mistake on our daily driver with my habit of strengthening the previous year's washer antifreeze with a few ounces of 91% IPA.

I'd heard there was an aftermarket copy out there, but glad to see Eric assured us the genuine item is still available.

What Volvo sells may indeed be a reproduction.

We haven't ordered 1 lately and IIRC, they were discontinued for quite a while.

I know for a fact that Volvo will sell parts that were not made by the original manufacturer.

Almost 20 years ago, the supply of Lemforder made upper and lower ball joints for 122 and 1800 Volvos from the aftermarket dried up because Lemforder wasn't making them anymore. So we offered the ball joints Volvo sold as an option as they were still supplying Lemforder. Then came the day we got ScanTech ball joints at Volvo prices so we stopped buying them from Volvo as it was cheaper to get from the wholesale warehouses we deal with.

Over here I can find only one German store (skandix.de) that still stocks new genuine items alongside good used ones.

Volvo still has them.
