Speedometer Panel paint 120-130

Hi,
Did any one paint the Bronze speedometer panel? the original is abrasive gray color, if any one did that what color type used?

    The brass color is the plating under the paint.

        Hi Derek,

        Thank, I have for long... time, since 2001/2I have Amazon 1969 top original that I bought in super cold winter in north Sweden with ~27000 km!!! like new, but when I took it out (for impressing, stupid) from the worm room to -37C the speedo Gray paint got 2 cracks, by the spring I drove it to Munich and put in my collection now the car have ~ 31000km from new and now is the time to fix those cracks, I thought about use VHT wrinkle plus in Gray.
        May be I will put the car for sale the follow spring.

          I suggest you visit the Volvoniacs forum and search...I think this subject was covered there in depth a while ago. Forum is in German, but it looks to me like you will have no problem with that...
