Steering Linkage Bushings 140-160

Hey all, replacing the *beat* bushings in my 144's steering linkage (the part between upper and lower steering column that separates if there's a collision).

I got the whole thing off the car, but I can't find any info in my Green Books about taking these things apart. My question is specifically about the lower bushings (closest to steering gear).

How do you get the lower bushings out? I'm assuming the threads that attach to the steering gear shaft by 13mm nuts are just bolts that go through the bushing, but I'm hesitant to just hammer those out in case they're something else.

Please help set my mind at ease! Thanks for reading!

The reason why you can't find any info in the green books is Volvo never sold just the bushings only the whole assembly.

That makes a lot of sense! I figured it out, they are just bolt/studs that press through the rubber bushing. Nice and easy to get out gently with a hydraulic press.
