Hi Art!
The time change must have got me up earlier and now I'm more alert!
I signed in and the screen displayed a lot of posts and then kept blanking them away as before.
I started checking user tools and things seemed to be in their normal defaults.
I kept plunking around, like a poor fisherman with high hopes, to other tabs and got the same issue of only two most recent posts.
Here is where I must have opened up one drooped eyeball and noticed that the right side board of contents went below and out of sight. So I scrolled up or down, depending on your perspective, until I hit an advertisement.
Scrolled on past that and found more posts, Ah!
With a few more "genie rubs" on the screen gives us another advertisement!
It just goes on and on that way. Those darn things have taken over the site so you cannot ignore them all the way across a page!
Well not exactly?
If I do pay attention to them enough to make a mental note, in my head and finger, that I will never do business with them!
Their dead to my brain and wallet (:-)
I'm sick of advertisers!
I'm starting to think traffic is low on the Brickboard and this is liable to make it worse if I have to sort though the garbage to find information or entertainment!
Like any garbage, you get enough in one place long enough, you don't open the can anymore due to the stench!
I hope Jarrod can get by with enough subscriptions so he can avoid ending up with a dumpster of a web site!
He's done a whole lot of work to make it really nice!
I think he needs more words out among the newer or even all Volvo owners to get his traffic base up and likewise those subscriptions!
People who can afford $60,000 cars need outlets to brag or complain about their new or used Jewels!
The car dealers need to pump forum usage through sales, service and parts departments!
Patronage and Patriotisms flow within cultures of car clubs.
