Virgo wheels center caps glue 200

Just found one of my Virgo wheel center cap near the car on the driveway pavement.

Since most of the caps have some spring fingers broken or about falling I had wraped a couple layers of electric tape to squeeze them in the alloy rim.

With record temperature one of these fell on the ground.

I was planning to put it back with polyurethane glue.

Have you people found a better method to keep them in place ?

I could not find such information with the search tool.

Thank you for any input.

As you have broken retainer fingers and you virtually never need to remove them I'd use some silicone goop to retain them. Degrease with brake cleaner. You can put quite a lot around the cap inside the wheel. It shouldn't go hard so pushing them out at a later date shouldn't be a problem if you ever need to. In the mean time keep an eye open for some decent undamaged ones.
