What is the voltage output of the speed sensor? This is the signal to the cruse control.

Can't help you with this one -- guess it is about a volt peak to peak and certainly increasing voltage and frequency with speed, no?

But I'm curious to hear your followup on two other issues we attempted to help you with in the past:
