Dash warning lights all went out 700 1991

Just bought a beautiful white 745T. We're naming her Amana. Still have the old '84 244 Daisy Lilly. Nearly everything works except the speedo won't go over 44mph. That's a problem for another day. Had a weird thing happen. Coincidence? Don't see this in FAQ's. Replaced the fuse for the cig lighter recept after blowing it trying to make a cell phone charger work (oops) and noticed the row of warning lights that come on for a test every time you turn the ignition on are all dead. Everything seems to work. I'm wondering if a time delay relay may have decided to fail, or did I jiggle some connector near the fuses? Any idea's? Or am I just crazy about the lamps coming on every time I turn the key?

Try moving the ignition switch to each side of where the lights would normally be on and see if it makes a difference- I'm wondering if the switch might be worn and failing to make the necessary contact to cause the lights to illuminate.

Right you are!! Thank you Randy! Holy cow, all you need to do is find somebody who has been there before you. I have to tell you that I love this Amana. She drives like she's new and sure looks it. Have fixed a few rattles and squeaky belts. A few maintenance items are on my list to take care of, but she spent most of her life being serviced by a dealer in CA. The second owner was not as knowledgeable, but had his heart in the right place. Electronics is the place I fall down, so having you folks to lean on will help.
