Jay Leno's Garage has a new video of an 1968 XKE w/70k miles barn find in witch he visits a dashboad restoration shop. They use a giant vacuum form to put on the final covering and had a large 3D printer for plastic parts. My dash could really use that! Their cost is probably just as grand.

    There's a shop out in Van Nuys that restores dashboards using this method I think I have a quote for $1700 to have my 242 dashboard restored.

      Just Dashes in Van Nuys California does excellent work on Dashes, interior door panels, seat backs, etc.

      They do concourse restoration work and restored my 1983 Volvo 244T dash and my 1970 Plymouth Barracuda dash, door panels, and seat backs.

      Not cheap, but great work.
