Can anybody use a pair of rear wagon springs?

Greetings all- I have a pair of 240 wagon spring I want to unload.

Bought these from FCP Euro a few years back but the ride was too stiff for my liking. Intended for wagon and I have a sedan. So I wound up swapping back to regular sedan springs.

They are hardly used and in great shape. Barely driven so no wear and tear on them.

The number stamped on them seemed different than Volvo stock from what I remember. So including a pic.

Will part it’s these for well below what I paid for them as I just want to move them out of my garage.

As someone with a 245 that could be interested -- why don't you let us know where you are located and how much you want for the springs? - Dave

I’m in Raleigh NC area and can ship within US no problem (already have them in a box.)

How would $75 work plus shipping? It’s a 22 lb box so will add at least $20-$25 I think…

I have 2 children in Winston-Salem. Please measure the wire thickness (one of those dollar stores chains sells a plastic caliper for $1). Measure in millimeters please---and count the coils. That's the only way I'll know if they compare to what is now on my '93 245 with an aluminum Oldsmobile V8. Thanks, Dave

Don’t have any calipers on hand so might take me a little while to check but I’ll see what I can do.

Thanks for looking into this. Even if it doesn't help me--it will benefit you to know what you are selling. I forget if it was dollar general or one of the other similarly named chains keeps them on a wall rack along with other products and - believe it or not--they work very well and even last a long time. They are gray in color. -- Dave
