Koyo Rack Boot 900 1994

I am wondering if anyone knows an aftermarket source for a KOYO rack steering boot. I have had trouble locating one. FCP doesn't seem to carry it and i'm hoping not to have to pay up for the volvo OEM.

I have a 94 940 NA with Koyo rack.

Thanks.

I've had success with the Moog offering at RockAuto. I got six years out of them and they were free replacement. 6 years isn't alot; the quality of the rubber is bad. But, if you're doing all the work it may be a good trade off in the money

Koyo rack boots (aka. bellows) are availabe in the aftermarket.

Ipd carries them https://www.ipdusa.com/products/8651/Power-Steering-Rack-Boot-Koyo-Rack-940-960-for-Volvo-Empi-881541K-270897-114331

Using Volvo p/n 270897 or Empi p/n 881541K you can find them elsewhere, including eBay. Ipd lists other equivalent Volvo p/ns they may be listed under 270748, 270896, 271482, 271483, most of those will be superceded numbers.
