I'm guessing you are posting about a Volvo 240 so I'll put this reply in the correct model forum.
The K numbers on the face of the speedometer refer to the speedometer ratio; that is the "kount" of pulses given by the differential sensor per unit of distance. From your list the distances are all in miles. The K number does not identify the instrument cluster, just the relationship with the tire size and tone ring in the differential.
For the 240 electronic speedometer clusters 1986 through 1993 every year is unique except for 92-93. Each panel has some feature or wiring issue change, save the last year, 1993. Wagons in the US market have the K9800 (86-91) and K39200 (92-93), sedans the K10042 and K40168 for those years/market respectively.
You could drop in an 89 sedan cluster and only suffer a 2.5% inaccuracy based on the wagons having been supplied with taller tires, but by now, it is likely the tires on your car are not exactly the same diameter as those Volvo supplied in '89 anyway. But any other year will have wiring or feature issues not related to the speed and mileage accuracy.
