Hello

Can anyone advise the bolt size that attach the crossmember to the chassis

I am concerned with the single bolts at the front of the crossmember I feel that they are 1/2"

Pipe thread ?

The bolts are 1/2" x 13 TPI and IIRC about 1-1 1/2" long.
