Help!! Banjo bolt trouble 700 1988

Changing fuel filter today but goofed and didn't put a back up wrench on the filter when loosening the banjo bolt. Result is that I broke the short rubber line to the pump. Off to the parts store now to see what thet may have.

How is the original hose attached? There are no clamps, is it heat shrink? Can this be repaired with HP fuel line and clamps? Suggestions needed.

    David,

HP hose and clamps may get you by for a day or two, but if it were me, I'd bite the bullet and call the dealer. You don't want a clamp deciding to loosen up with 70 psi of fuel and a hot exhaust nearby.

Thanks for the reply and advice. Went to Volvo dealer and got the hose with fittings attached. Cost was under $25. Worth the piece of mind.
