Idle balancing screw sheared off.. 700 83

I have an '83 760 and upon inspection of the idle screws, I noticed that one of the screws has been over-torqued or otherwise sheared off. Any suggestions how to replace this and/or get the shaft from the old screw out of there?

Those screws are broken off to comply with fedral anti-tamper laws. The same thing that gets you a seal plug over the CO adjustment screw on the fuel distributor.

You can drill two small shallow holes in the screw and turn it with a pair of needle nose pliars.
