Dash lights fixed - maybe! 900 1996

I have had a problem with my dash lights going out and staying out for about six months. Nothing would solve it. I tried switches and wires and everything. Finally I thought that one of the relays in the relay box under the hood could be a problem but none were marked for the dash lights. WRONG! One of them has the dash lights tied into it and when removed and wacked a couple of times against the heel of my hand, the dash lights seem to be working. Don't ask me which one because I wacked all of them, but it worked!

George: Could I invite you over for a weekend? As I have a lot of things around that needs fixing, and I am just sick and tired of wacking them, It’s making my hands hurts. Some people just don’t have the knack. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Now I feel worst.
