Need Body work / Paint prep / Trim Removal help and or Tips 1800 '69

Hello, and thanks in advance for any help.

This summer, I am prepping my wife's 1800 for paint. The car is very rust free (I hope) and has a very old layer of paint on top of the factory stuff. I need any tips or help.

Specifically - Trim removal (received some insight a while ago) sanding / what do do about spots w/ old filler / New filler advice etc .........

Again, any info appreciated.

May I recommend nosing around the on-line or paper catalog of The Eastwood Company?

Many good products for that sort of work.

I suggest reading the Autobody Forum for some great help;

Keep in mind that paints/primers/fillers today are very toxic and you MUST take safety precautions. Learn what Iso's are and respect them.
