I'm about to lower my 240 DL with Sport Springs and thinking about changing shocks as well. I want to know which shocks are the best and last long?

Go with the Bilsteins, if your using the IPD springs, its a great combination on the 240's. RD Enterprises (www.shox.com) usually has good prices.

Well, Bilsteins. After that, maybe Konis. Around $300 a set if you really shop hard. $350 is more typical.
