Be sure to squeeze the caliper pistons back into bores to get them wetted again with fluid. This is to help prevent them from siezing due to any moisture that had worked its way past the rubber seals (replace any cracked, dry seals).

Many parts stores now carry aftermarket harware kits, or separate pins and springs.

Also, consider removing the rear discs to inspect the condition of the emergency brake shoes and hardware.

Neal:

I rather like PBR pads; they're relatively dust free and do a decent job of stopping the car. Shop around though, IPD's prices are on the high side. Try www.fcpgroton.com. You should be able to get a complete set of pads for all four wheels for under $50. You might also want to pick up new brake hardware kits (pins and springs) and shims while you're on their website. Also, get a Motive Products power bleeder (about $45 from www.motiveproducts.com); it makes brake bleeding a cinch. Be sure to apply PBlaster to all your bleeder screws several times over a period of days before you try to crack them open.
