Bleeding '79 245 Power steering 240-260 79

I will be replacing the high pressure hose on my power steering.

Do I need to bleed the air out of it afterwards, and if so - how?

Just pour fresh oil into the pump (ATF Type F I believe), and start up the engine. Turn the steering wheel lock to lock a couple times with the front wheels off the ground. Top off the oil level and you are done.
