caliper repair kit. 700 1985

I'm not sure the best way to remove the pistons from the caliper; someone mentioned using compressed air, another, depressing the brake pedal. Could someone tell me the simplest way to get them out.

Bob, The quickest easiest way would be to pump the brake pedal.
