745T Runs Lean!!!!! 700 88

Ok, well, the damn thing keeps running lean, i've had the car back for a week now and its really ticking me off! Only running 5 psi and the turbo GLOWS red!

Swapped the sensors from the 88 motor onto the 94 as well as the fuel system compoents (entire intake) so all that was put on from the 94 was basically the block and head.

I have swapped both coolant sensors from the 88 head to the 94 and still no change. The 02 sensor is WHITE and the plugs have some white on the tips. I installed 1 step colder plugs also. Anyone got any ideas? Is my 02 garbage or is it something else?!?!

please reply, i need the car driveable soon.

You need a Volvo dealer or a shop that works on Volvo's, to do it right.

It's easy to do. Its the LED on a special Volvo wire harness you need to do it. Some Techs can make one to do it. It is 2 or 3 wire harness with a LED light.

Did you check the Air Mass Meter. Is it tuned or running lean. My 745T was running like crap no power. Stopped at the dealer had them check out why

When they checked the AMM they found it was running quite lean.

How do you tune the AMM??? I haven't had that checked in a while (actually never!). How do you do it ? Is it the screw driver slot? if so,which way is rich which way is lean? do you need a special tool or something? thanks!
