Grey cap vs Green cap 900 1994

I noticed some cracks in my grey coolent tank cap so I ordered the improved green cap. Now I read that the green cap has a higher pressure rating. Does this mean I run the risk of blowing the radiator and/or hoses? (I recently replaced the aluminum/plastic with a steel radiator).

Thanks.

Re: Grey cap vs Green cap 900 1994

Consider that a grey cap with a cracked, has a pressure rating of less than 1 psi.............

No. You are fine. The grey caps suck. Green is better. Any diff in pressure is insignificant
