Engine Restore and Lubricant 200 91

Does anyone know if that stuff works? I know someone that says it actually worked and I was pretty scheptical. I'd like some proof that it actually works before I put any additive in my oil.

Restore

Short answer: NO 200 91

There is no oil or additive or lubricant that will restore an engine. Diagnosis and repair will restore an engine's performance. Rebuilding valves, rings, bearings etc will restore a neglected or high mileage engine. There are many people who really believe that this gas, that oil, magnetic moleculer gas energisers develped by NASA blah blah blah will give better, mileage more power, smooth idle blah blah. The list of snake oil products and there supposed benefits is endless and the only good result is transfer of cash from you to someone else. But hey that's what is supposed to be good for the economy right now. I think you are wise to be skeptical.

There are some excellent products that may extend the life of an engine and in some cases prevent and remove deposits. What problem do have with the engine that you are trying to fix?

Re: Short answer: NO...looking that way so far. 200 91

Yo David. Thought you might like to know, refilled with the usual Fina fuel last night. 40 miles on and it's back how it was. Amazing what 3 points of octane can do. Mileage on the posh stuff was 24.2 MPG urban, so a VERY slight improvement there which is inconclusive; could have been a number of factors such as weather (it's a carbie), traffic conditions (been on an early shift so roads are clearer), underwear etc- i'll try for a longer period some time and see what occurs.

Rich.
