What is the correct ID size hose from the intercooler to the wastegate actuator? I want to get it right.

1/4" fuel line. Not only is it the right ID, fuel line holds up better than most other choices out there.

i replaced my hose with some gas line that fitted nicely, i forget which size it was, but i got it at auto zone, just a standard one they carry, i can understand you feelings on wanting to "get it right" but i dont think it matters that much, on a hose that small, the area difference when dealing with hose that small is nill, A = pi * r squared times the length and the hose is only about a foot long if you have a non intercooled model, i had an intercooled model and the hose was longer more like 4 feet, but it was still fine, plus the gas line comes in a nice size that slips on the conections really nice, and is heat resistent.
