Clutch chatter/wind noise/seat heaters 200 1986

Hey all, I've scoured the archived and haven't come to a definite conclusion on these two topics:

1> clutch chatters when engaging (usually cold) from idle to first gear. Causes/remedies?

2> Excessive wind noise, had windshield replaced a year ago, seems to be whistling in thru the seal? Does this sound right? any sealing tips on getting this beast a little quieter wind-wise?

1.) Any oil or other fluid leaking on the clutch? Does the rear of the engine clook oily? Possibly a rear main seal (or lots of other things I'm sure).

2.) Later 240s (1990-on?) had less obtrusive windshield trim, and this will likely cut down on wind noise. The windshield very well may not be sealed properly. Do you have a sedan? If so, is the sunroof headliner installed? Is the sunroof closed properly? Are the door felt pieces in place, etc?
