BrickFolk: Thanks for previous help trying to locate a Volvo/diesel mechanic in the SA area; now that Brunhilde has a bruised cheek (somebody ran into the right rear door, need a new one, as well as some molding, rear wheelwell work, paint, etc.), I need your help again in the lovely San Antonio area, or its environs. Insurance will pay for it, so of course "money is no object...NOT." Any and all suggestions gratefully acknowledged and appreciated. Texas, here I come. Yee-Ha!---PD.

dick: thanks for the tips and offers, encouragement, etc. Turns out that I have had to push my scheduled departure up by a few days, so my local body shop guy can't do the work...after he went ahead and bought me a door! I'll pay him his cost ($200) for the door and bring it with me next to "Tay-Hoss." The ins-co told me to get an estimate in SA from a shop called "Gunn"...know anything about them? I seem to recall seeing their name on signs sticking up above the 410Loop. Just might have to get me a pickup truck w/a gun rack to keep in the stable, too: didn't see a whole lotta VoVo's when I was down there...maybe they'll be a little more understanding when they see the TurboDiesel badge on the back.
