91 940 GLE almost dies after hard braking....?

1991 940 GLE Wagon's idle speed drops when stepping on a brake pedal to make a quick stop (like last second stop on a red-light...). The idle speed drops and the engine almost dies...
Where to start ? THANKS !!!

examine the brake vacuum booster valve(there's a rubber seal around it that could leak), and the vacuum hose from the intake to the booster. Make sure all is tight.
