b230 block 200

I have a 89 B-230 block that is to worn to punch, but I also have a good B-23 block. Is there any reason I can't use it? Thanks Terry

You should be able to. You may need to relocate some sensors, or use adapter threads or have holes retapped. There may also be other little bits that may have to be swapped over. It might be easiest if you have the whole B23 engine and the whole B230 engine available for parts swapping.

I guess we need more information. What are your intentions? are you swapping the whole B-23 in? Are you going to try to bolt the 230 head on the B-23/ What year is the B-23 from? What fuel system do the resective engines have?
