Considering a 1993 940 wagon. What should I watch out for???

Hello all,
The wife's 83 Turbo wagon is in bad shape. It needs more than I can fix and still keep it safe. So I'm looking at newer wagons. Found a 940 wagon, looks pretty nice, are there quirks with these? Troubles I should look for? Any experience with these would be greatly appreciated.
Are they as durable as the 240s?
Thanks as always...

Same running gear as a 240 except the car is a lot more roomier and modern. I have a 940 wagon and prefer it over my previous 240 wagon.

I would consider only a turbo 940 wagon.

There are low mileage (<100K miles) wagons all over the place for around $5-6K and high mileage wagons for less.

Read the 700/900 FAQ via the 'features' pull down menu. There is a section on buying a used one with recomendations on what to replace. The cars are very durable.
