Can anyone tell me where to find a repair kit for my clutch slave cylinder
for my 1988 245, all else fails who supplies the whole thing for a price that does not sound like a phone number

Unless your 240 is different than those I've looked at, you do not have a clutch slave cylinder. A slave cylinder would only be present with a hydraulic clutch. You should have a cable operated clutch that is adjustable at the bell housing.

funny that connected to the clutch pedal my clutch cable has a container full of fluid, the clutch cable itself is hollow and made of rubber and seems to be full of fluid at the bottom of that near the clutch is a 3inch metal cylinder
that I resleved in stainless and leaks. the 1988 245 glt I have and the others my friends have all have hydraulic clutch systems
