Rotor Size 700 1988

I know that the front rotors can be either 10.5 or 11.25 inches in diameter. Without measuring, is it simply that if you have Bendix calipers you have the 11.25s and if you have Girlings they're 10.5? Or could you have either regardless of brake manufacturer.

I guess you could have either. I have Girling calipers with the big rotors.

11.25" rotors are for ABS equipped cars to 1990 and 1991 cars without, 10.5" were used on non-ABS to 1990. Both setups were available with calipers from either supplier.

All my 700 cars have ABS and all were equipped with Girling calipers...just the opposite of your assumption.
