After a recent fluid change, the transmission won't hold 2nd gear during normal acceleration from a stop. 1st to 2nd shift is ok, but once in 2nd it immediately shifts into 3rd. The following shift to overdrive is normal. I can hold 2nd longer by using more throttle. Any ideas?

That's not uncommon. It does mean your kickdown cable is working properly. Try standing on the gas harder during the second gear period. Usually it works it's way back to normalcy in a short time. It is possible that the kickdown cable is slightly too loose--that always allows a quick second gear with clean trans fluid.
