brake issue again 120-130 1965

Probably the last question about my brakes, I promise!
I was just wondering if one can swap a 79-70 brke valve (twin circuit) for a single circuit 66 one. I'll take apart the only 66 unit I have to check it out. If it's bad, I have two 1970 ones. Are they usable?

Thanks!
Séb

I converted my '66 to the dual line system using the ipd conversion kit part number 5A1003-$138.00. This kit doesn't include everything you need but gathering the last bits is no problem. You'd need a single brake line to be able to extend to your rear brake line (ipd has that too). Plus you'll need something (like an old horn strap) to limit the pedals rearward travel.
You can contact me about this at 800-444-6473 or shayne@ipdusa.com.
