big bore head gasket 120-130

Help,
I am in the middle of an engine rebuild, a b20e bored to 2.2 and IPD is out of head gaskets, does anyone know of another source, or have one that they would like to sell?
Thanks,
erik

KGTrimning most certainly does have them. I used one just last night (putting the head back on after a cam swap). Quite reasonably priced, too, if you compare it to the $100 IPD was charging for their remaining stock. Only about $57. And shipping isn't bad at all. I got the head gasket and a In/Ex gasket shipped for less than $70.

They have LOTS of really really neat B18/B20 performance parts. Steel timing gears, lots of cams, various levels of modified heads, Webers (DGV and DCOE) and manifolds, headers, big pistons, stroker cranks, special con rods, etc etc. Including short short blocks (no cam or oilpan) built with The mind boggles!

And (never seen this before) they also have much of the same parts for B30s (including Big Bore headgaskets!)

I've bought several things from them (including Bilstein shocks for PVs - the only source in the world I could locate) by exchanging e-mails (in English). Their catalog is in Swedish but its not too hard to figure out what the parts are. I've been very pleased with their service.

I don't have one, and will eventually need one.

A number of years ago I had one made for a 3.622 bore B20
at Copper Gaskets Unlimited in Phoenix, Arizona. They scanned
in a new stock B20 gasket kindly loaned by a friendly Volvo
dealer in Scottsdale, using a plotter-like device and CAD-CAM
software and produced a very pretty copper gasket for me at
a reasonable price. They told me that they would have the
file available if I should need another one.

I believe it was in about 1994 or so. Feel free to see if they
can turn it up for you. I am fairly sure I don't have any
identifying numbers on it but they might have it filed under
"George Downs".

I understand KGTrimning in Sweden has them also, probably made
by Elring. You might want to contact them first, especially if you
want something more like an OEM gasket.

Hope this is helpful.

I do not have a solution, and might share your problem in the future, so would like to see some ideas on this. I do remember some talk of a copper gasket source in the USA, and a potential supplier for reasonable cost in South Africa. If anyone has this information, please pass it on!
