CRAZY fuse problem 200 1991

I jumped my car the other day and i believe that i left the AC switch on. Ever since, the car will blow the fuse for the AC and windows.It happens as soon as I start the car. I know its probly a short some where but i have no idea how to find it or start looking for it. I NEED the AC and windows as summer is closing in quickly.

PS
Right after the jump the fuse was ok.....The ac and windows worked....After doing some donnuts i heard an eletical crack through my stereo speakers. ever since then its been blowing fuses.

My 86 did the same thing. It turned out to be the wire for the AC Compressor wrapped aroung the steering shaft. I repaired the wire and replaced the fuse my AC and windows worked again.
