Besides the dawes device web site were can I locate a 2-way, 3 nipple solenoid valve? Radio Shack?

You really need a normally open, 2-nipple valve.
Many K-jet 240s used them to speed up the idle when the A/C is on; the same Pierburg valve is used in BMWs and Mercedes.
I got mine at the local pick-n-pull.
