Scan tech ball joints for 745 700

Has anyone any experience with the Scan Tech ball joint? FCP Groton has them for about fourteen dollars but I am a little leery. Kind of you get what you pay for thing. Any input would be helpful.
Thanks
Blair

Got 'em on my 240 and seem completely fine and groton deals in quality parts in general. They're easy to replace so if I were just I'd go for it.

Ask Nick at FCP Groton whether he has OEM ball joints and how they compare with Scan-Tech. He will give you a knowledgeable and honest answer. For Volvo parts at discounted prices, try Scott at www.borton.com

I've got them in my '89 765 Tic, but they've only been in for about 10 k miles. The originals were really wobbly and the scan-techs were tight, but you'd expect any new balljoint to be tight. I've heard good and bad about scan-tech, but haven't really had enough time to form a good opinion yet. At least ball joints are easy to replace on a 700!!
